Crew finish the details
The Crew Onboarding Portal quickly fills in the missing pieces. Crew upload all their certificates in one go, with the details automatically extracted and entered into their certification records. They then complete the rest of their profiles, from food preferences to personal effects and everything in between.

- What happens during the free trial?
- You get 14 days completely free, no credit card required and no commitment to continue. Your private personalised quotation is prepared during the trial.
- Is onboarding charged separately?
- No. Guided setup and migration support are included in the subscription for every vessel.
- How is the crew count measured?
- By the number of active crew records held on the vessel. Rotational counterparts, contractors and day workers are all managed within the platform.
- What if our crew complement changes?
- Contact us for a revised quotation. Accepted terms do not change automatically, and historical records are retained.
- Our yacht is part of a managed fleet — is there a preferential rate?
- Yes. Yachts within a managed fleet can receive a preferential vessel subscription rate, agreed privately as part of the fleet arrangement. Mention your fleet when you start your trial.
- Where is our data held?
- The platform database and document storage are in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1), with strict per-vessel isolation. Some supporting services, including AI, may process data elsewhere. See the Security page for the detail.
