Watchkeeper Fleet
One view of the fleet. Full access to every yacht.
Compliance, crew, leave and financial oversight across every managed yacht — with direct access into the full Yacht Watchkeeper platform.
One fleet view that shows what needs attention — expiring certificates, rest-hour exceptions, joiners, leave balances, payroll and end-of-contract items — then takes you straight into the yacht to deal with it. No separate management system, no duplicated records, no chasing vessels for spreadsheets.

Fleet oversight
Built for the person accountable ashore
Worst first, across the fleet
Vessels ranked by what is overdue or critical right now, so a Designated Person Ashore can triage fifteen yachts in five minutes instead of opening each one in turn.
Renewal planning, not just expiry dates
Certificates, surveys, class windows and insurance show what is being done about them — requested, booked, attending, expected clear — so a date in forty days is a plan, not an alarm.
Owner-facing summaries
A clean per-yacht summary of compliance position, crew status and financial picture that can be sent to an owner without giving them platform access or explaining the system behind it.
Crew cover across the fleet
Who is on leave, who is available and where rotations overlap across every managed yacht — the view needed to cover a gap by moving crew between vessels.
Vessel-to-vessel comparison
Compliance position, rest-hour exceptions and crew turnover compared across the fleet, so a consistent outlier is visible early rather than at the next audit.
Escalation, not just a dashboard
Critical items routed to the right person by severity and vessel, so oversight does not depend on remembering to log in.
The same rules on every yacht
Certificate naming, matching and lifecycle logic behave identically on every connected vessel, so two yachts cannot disagree about the same certificate.
Operating model
Fleet oversight. Full yacht access.
Fleet gives management a cross-yacht view of the areas that need attention. From any yacht, authorised users can open that yacht’s normal Yacht Watchkeeper platform and work directly within the same crew, compliance, leave, payroll and operational system used onboard.
Access is granted per yacht and remains controlled by the vessel. Management users only see the areas they are authorised to access.
Fleet is the management-company layer.
Each connected yacht maintains its own Yacht Watchkeeper vessel subscription, and Fleet sits above them as the management-company view.
Fleet arrangements are agreed with us directly, based on the number of managed yachts.
Built around real yacht operations
Fleet setup, configuration and reasonable workflow refinement are included. Bespoke development, third-party integrations or material client-specific changes can be scoped separately.
