We give at least thirty (30) days' notice before a new or replacement subprocessor begins processing customer personal data, by updating this register and notifying the customer's registered administrative contact. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within fourteen (14) days, and may subscribe to change notifications, by emailing info@yachtwatchkeeper.com. The objection process is set out in section 9 of the DPA.
