We operate with NDA-level confidentiality obligations built directly into our Terms & Conditions.

We commit that we will:

• Never sell, rent, license, or monetise your data
• Never use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing
• Never share data with brokers, advertisers, or third parties outside essential service delivery
• Treat all crew, vessel, owner, and operational information as strictly confidential

What Data We Protect

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Crew personal and employment information
• Leave records, schedules, and watchkeeping data
• Vessel details, locations, movements, and itineraries
• Owner, captain, and management company information
• Platform access credentials and security settings

We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including:

• Role-based access controls
• Secure authentication
• Encrypted connections and provider-managed encryption of stored data
• Audit records for signed records, sign-offs and key changes
• Ongoing system maintenance and security updates

The platform database is hosted in AWS Europe (Ireland), eu-west-1. Our hosting provider documents sign-in and document storage as running in the same project region; we are obtaining its written confirmation. Some subprocessors, including AI providers, may process data in other locations under the transfer safeguards listed in the Subprocessor Register.

In the unlikely event of a confirmed data breach, we commit to:

• Prompt containment and investigation
• Notification without undue delay
• Cooperation with regulatory and contractual obligations

Confidentiality obligations continue even after accounts are closed and apply for as long as any data is retained, including backups.
