  • Check vessel particulars and voyage information before exporting.

Crew
Keep their own identity and declaration information accurate.

FAL 5

FAL 5 — Crew List

1

Open the crew-list tools

Start in Port Clearance and open the FAL 5 crew-list panel.

2

Check the people included

Review the selected crew against the actual movement. Contractors are never included as crew.

3

Check identity and voyage details

Confirm names, ranks, nationality, document details and port/date information.

4

Review the export

Preview the document and check every page before submitting it.

  • Crew exports use rank ordering with the Captain first; travel-pack crew PDFs use the same order.
  • Rank ordering changes presentation, not which crew are selected.

FAL 6

FAL 6 — Guest Or Passenger List

  • Review guest identity details and travel-document information.
  • Confirm the selected trip or guest selection fits the clearance.
  • Keep guests separate from crew and contractors.

FAL 3

FAL 3 — Ship's Stores

  • Describes the vessel's stores, not personal possessions.
  • Check quantities, units and descriptions against current records.

FAL 4

FAL 4 — Crew Effects

  • Covers personal possessions and declarable items belonging to crew.
  • Check declarations for alcohol, tobacco, cash, medication and controlled items — thresholds vary locally.
  • Distinguish an explicit NIL declaration from information that has not been completed.

Review And Supply The Documents

1

Confirm the clearance context

Check vessel, port, date and arrival or departure details.

2

Inspect the output

Review crew ordering, guest selection and declaration contents in the preview.

3

Supply the documents

Export and send the reviewed documents through the yacht's agreed clearance process.

Exporting a document does not submit it to a port authority.
