EU Day Tracker
Review Schengen presence, planned travel and rolling 90/180-day exposure.
Schengen 90/180 Tracking
EU Day Tracker focuses on Schengen short-stay presence, not a general count of days anywhere in the European Union. It shows days used in a rolling 180-day window and helps identify plans that may exceed 90 days. The month/date header stays pinned while rows scroll.
Who Can Use It
Non EU Crew Compliance
Read The Compliance Summary
The overview shows rolling usage and remaining days for the crew in scope. Visa information is an additional check: a visa may expire before the rolling allowance is exhausted.
- The window rolls forward each day; it is not a calendar-year allowance.
- Historical movements contribute to the calculation.
- Incomplete entry or exit history can produce misleading results.
Maintain Entries, Exits And Presence
Authorised editors choose Log Movement to record an entry or exit. To correct an existing movement, select it, choose Update, correct its details and choose Update Movement. Use Add only for a separate movement, never to correct an existing one.
Day Tracker Calendar
Review Planned Days
The calendar distinguishes planned presence from recorded movement history and can highlight a future plan that exceeds the rolling limit.
Review Vessel-History Synchronisation
The tracker can preview Schengen entry and exit transitions derived from vessel location history. Recognised ports and useful historical records are needed.
Preview the proposed events
Use the synchronisation action and inspect the results.
Check personal presence
Confirm that each affected crew member was actually aboard for the crossing.
Apply only correct records
Review the resulting history and day calculation after applying the proposed changes.
