Delivery Record
Record packages arriving aboard and where they have been stored.
Packages
Record Physical Arrival
Package Delivery records that a package has physically arrived aboard. The delivery panel and Packages register use the same receiving process, so do not record the same arrival twice.
- Identify the crew member the package is for.
- Photograph the package so it can be recognised later.
- Record a useful storage location when putting it away.

Record A Delivery Manually
Open Package Delivery
Expand the Package Delivery panel and choose Package Delivery to open the form.
Take a photograph
The form attempts to open the camera. Add at least one package photograph; up to five photos can be attached.
Choose the recipient
Select who the package is for. A recipient is required before saving.
Add the storage location
Enter where the package has been placed, then save the delivery and wait for confirmation.

Scan A Package
Scan Package opens the package-scanning workflow. Use it as an alternative entry point when recording a package from its label or photograph.

Find And Review A Delivery
The panel loads the latest 50 delivery records, newest first. Open a row to review its details and photographs.
- Rows identify the intended recipient, recorded receiver and storage location where available.
- The delivery time helps distinguish separate arrivals for the same person.
- Receiving a parcel aboard does not mean it has been handed to its owner.

Check Saving And Handle Mistakes Carefully
Wait for the delivery confirmation before closing the task. If saving fails, check connectivity and the displayed error before trying again.
