The Movements Schedule

The schedule brings together inbound and outbound crew travel. IN means travelling towards the vessel; OUT means travelling away. A movement is a travel record, not a gangway arrival or departure confirmation.

Contractors are not crew and must not be entered as crew movements.

Who Can Use It

Crew
Use the read-only information available to their account; crew access does not expose movement editing or ticket scanning.
HODs and admins with editing access
Can maintain movements and use the editing actions shown in the schedule.

Rotation Start And End Drafts

Every rotation start and end is a real draft row in Crew Movements, created or moved when the rotation is saved. Drafts are planning placeholders, not proof that a flight has been booked.

  • Moving a rotation moves its existing unbooked drafts instead of creating duplicates.
  • Booked tickets and completed travel stay protected.
  • Check proposed locations and airports rather than assuming they match the ticket.
  • Draft movements do not debit flight allowance merely because they exist.

Read Airports And Flight Times Correctly

Flight times are always airport-local times, never UTC. For inbound travel the airport shown is the arrival airport; for outbound travel it is the departure airport.

  • Every flight row shows its latest action: Landed, Act. (actual) or Est. (estimated) time; connections show one line per leg.
  • Tracking Not Started means tracking has not produced a status yet; Taken off means the flight has departed.
  • Landed is a flight status, not confirmation that the crew member has reached the yacht.

Book A Crew Car From A Movement

Select the crew car on a movement to open the booking form already filled in. The booking still needs your review and confirmation.

  • For an inbound flight, the proposed car departure is 30 minutes before landing.
  • For an outbound flight, the proposed departure is 2 hours 30 minutes before take-off.
  • An HOD who is expected aboard is suggested as driver, preferring the traveller's department; change it from the dropdown.
  • Review the car, driver, date and times before confirming. Only vessel crew may be drivers.
