Delete Your Yacht Watchkeeper Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Yacht Watchkeeper account and associated personal data, for the Yacht Watchkeeper web app and the Yacht Watchkeeper Android and iOS apps. Yacht Watchkeeper is a trading name of Roebuck AI Agency Ltd (company number 16868241), 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email support@yachtwatchkeeper.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your full name and, if applicable, your vessel.
  2. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so that nobody else can delete your account.
  3. We confirm receipt and complete the request within one month, as required by UK and EU data protection law.
Email A Deletion Request

After signing in, open My Profile → Security → Delete my account, or Settings → Security → My account. Vessel account holders retain their existing self-service option in Settings → Subscription → Delete My Account where available. Confirmation and account checks still apply.

Individual account deletion is not deletion of a yacht organisation or its shared operational records. Records the vessel must retain remain protected under the existing retention requirements.

Crew Members On A Vessel

If your vessel or employer added you to Yacht Watchkeeper, many of your records (for example hours of rest, employment and payroll records) are held on behalf of that vessel, which remains responsible for them under MLC 2006, STCW and flag State rules. We will delete your sign-in account and personal profile, and pass any request about vessel records to the vessel so it can respond. Vessel records required by law are not deleted early.
